Our Regional and On-Campus Training Programs are designed to expand access to hands-on STEM education and equip students with the skills needed for the future.
Currently, over 150 Senior High Schools have participated in the program, reaching more than 5,000 students through engaging training in robotics, engineering, coding, and problem-solving.
In addition, more than 50 basic schools and pre-school learners have been introduced to age-appropriate STEM activities that nurture curiosity, creativity, and innovation from an early age.
Through these programs, we continue to empower students and educators across regions with practical skills, collaborative learning experiences, and the confidence to become future innovators.
Coderina Ghana organises regional and zonal competitions that challenge students to apply their STEM, robotics, coding, and problem-solving skills to practical challenges.
The competitions encourage creativity, teamwork, innovation, and healthy competition while giving learners an opportunity to demonstrate what they have learned.
They also help identify and nurture talented young innovators from different communities across Ghana.
Our National Competitions bring together young innovators from ages 4 to 18 for the ultimate showcase of creativity, teamwork, and technical skills.
Known as the “Battle of the Titans,” the competition provides a fierce yet friendly and fun environment where students apply their knowledge of robotics, coding, engineering, and problem-solving to tackle exciting challenges.
To support the growth of STEM education, we have invested in providing competition materials and robot kits to schools valued at USD 160,000, alongside logistics support worth USD 78,500 to ensure successful and impactful competitions.
These events inspire students to push boundaries, collaborate, and develop the skills needed to become tomorrow’s innovators and technology leaders.
Coderina Ghana participates in international STEM and robotics competitions, giving students the opportunity to showcase their innovations, compete on a global stage, and connect with young innovators from around the world. Through events such as the FIRST World Robotics Festival in Houston and the WPI Open World Championship, learners gain exposure to advanced robotics, coding, engineering, and technology challenges. These experiences build technical skills, confidence, teamwork, and global perspectives while providing Ghanaian students with opportunities to represent their country and inspire the next generation of technology leaders.
Our Teachers and Coaches Training program equips educators with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to successfully support and facilitate STEM learning in their schools.
Through hands-on training, teachers and coaches learn effective approaches to robotics, coding, engineering, and project-based learning, enabling them to guide students through creative challenges and innovation-focused activities.
By empowering educators, the program creates a strong foundation for sustainable STEM education and helps schools develop future-ready learners.
With the full support of MTN, our Integrated STEM & Robotics Labs initiative is creating accessible learning spaces where children and students can develop essential skills in robotics, engineering, coding, and emerging technologies. These robotics centers are established in schools and communities to provide hands-on learning experiences that encourage creativity, innovation, and practical problem-solving.
Through these labs, students gain access to the tools, resources, and mentorship needed to explore technology and build confidence in STEM fields. The initiative has supported numerous schools in developing their technical skills and preparing students to participate in national robotics championships, while inspiring a new generation of young innovators equipped for the future.
